The two Breweries

Alpine brewery

The Brasserie de la Grue was born in 2017 in an alpine chalet at the foot of the Dent de Lys. Since then, it returns there every summer to brew its original beverages, over a wood fire, in a copper boiler.

The alpine beers arrive in December and are available within the limits of the stock built up during the summer.

Montbovon brewery

Since 2021, we have had the opportunity to set up a new brewing facility in Montbovon which allows us to offer you a new range of beer available all year round.
